Rates * : All rates are expressed in US dollars.
* Rates based on four-person occupancy. Additional persons: $150/week per person. Special Rates: 20% reduction in rates for stays longer than two weeks. Children under the age of six stay free. Payment Terms: - 50 percent deposit to reserve stay. Remainder due 30 days prior to arrival. - $500 refundable security deposit required with final payment. Cancellation Policy: - Deposit returned in full if cancellations made 45 days before arrival. - Beyond 45 days, deposit will be forfeited. Passports: - Starting Jan 23,2007, all Caribbean air travelers must have a passport. Getting There: Winding Bay is conveniently located near two of Eleuthera's international airports. The Rock Sound International airport is approximately 20 minutes driving time and the Governor's Harbour International Airport is just 45 minutes north.
